- 1 pound sea scallops, cut in half
- 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 stick of butter, melted
Combine all of the ingredients loosely into a casserole dish.
Bake at between 400 and 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
***If you want to add anything extra you can add lemon, garlic, or bacon as you see fit.
